Summer

Man...summer is almost over. Only a month left until school starts. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to move into my apartment...not so excited to retake Biology Survey 101 with Sieman. But I might have it with Ashley's friend, Amy, so I'll at least have a study buddy.

I finally got around to listening to Orlando's CDs that he sent me. They're great. Like he knew, I would like the live album best because it has songs I already know on it, but the newest CD is also quite good. Just sad that I don't know any of the words!

Only 11 days until Wes gets here. Was talking to Mom the other night about him and being here and saying he is kinda nervous about meeting my parents...Mom's super easy to get along with, and he and Dad have a lot of the same interests; camping, fly fishing, fly tying, hiking, so I know they'll get along great, too. Gotta mow the lawn next weekend before he gets here since we've had a bit of rain and things are starting to grow finally. Lance's birthday party is also on the 6th, so I'll be going there. Otherwise, it's just work, work, work for me. Still need to get Mom set up with her MiniDisc player. She's having a hard time trying to figure out what songs she wants to fill 5 hours of music. It's cute.
